The first photographs you will see are original preview prints/proofs. They will be numbered on the back and you will choose your finished photographs from these. All proofs, sample prints and negatives are copyrighted and remain the property of the photographer and may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by same. Although all care will be taken with photographs taken at the wedding, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to return of all deposits made. I cannot be responsible for problem glasses which cause glare. I will try to avoid this problem if at all possible. Repair work can be attempted, but a fee may need to be added for this service. The entire order will be on one sales ticket. You will be responsible for collecting from your family and friends. A $200 non-refundable retainer fee is required to be paid at the time of contract with the photographer. This covers the photographer’s time, proof processing etc. A minimum wedding order of $500 will be due at the time the proofs are removed from the studio and will apply toward the total order. The balance due is payable upon delivery of your order. Allow thirty days for completion of your order from the time your proofs are returned. ALL PROOFS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM DATE PROOFS ARE DELIVERED. Thirty two (32) cents per mile will be charged for mileage over 10 miles one way. Time required over four hours will be charged at the rate of $25 per hour or part thereof.
